Summer is here !! Along with the sun, heat, humidity... and dehydration.

Hydration is vital. Staying hydrated allows you to enjoy the summer. Hydration keeps electrolytes balanced and blood volume normal. Hydration aids in digestion, transportation of nutrients and kidney functioning. Avoiding dehydration really is as simple as drinking more fluids and eating foods that are high in water content. Foods that can help you stay hydrated include cucumbers, celery, lettuce, strawberries, tomatoes and yes, watermelon!!
