Technology Department

Mission Statement: Our new Technology Department is committed to leveraging technology by improving and expanding the town’s systems, digital tools, and services so town offices can engage to the public more efficiently.  

To meet our mission statement we, as a technical operations department, will deliver, support and maintain the Town’s enterprise systems and communications infrastructure while ensuring the continuity of the overall technological environment. In addition, by providing our town employees with quality service, focusing on consistent and efficient support through communication, continuous improvement of processes and tools. 

Vision Statement: To be recognized as a single point of contact service desk providing best in class communications and support to our town employees.
