$10 Rabies Vaccine Clinic

Open to all furry friends!

Saturday, July 8, 2023 from 10:00 am - 12:00pm pet owners can vaccinate their dogs and cats against rabies and comply with state law.

All pet owners have to do is bring their pets to the East Haven Animal Shelter located at, 183 Commerce Street, East Haven CT 06512 on this day. There is a $10 vaccine cost per animal. 

Dogs must be leashed and cats in carriers 

Pets can receive these vaccines at their veterinarian anytime, but you wont pay the small $10 fee this rabies clinic is offering.  ($10 per dog/cat)

This rabies vaccine is usually held once a year and we always have a great turn out. ACO, Emily Higgins is hopeful that this year will be another well attended event and also asks that residents spread the word to friends, family and neighbors.  A $10 cost  for a rabies vaccine is a great savings, making it easy and affordable to keep your pets safe.

This year, Town Clerk, Lisa Balter is also joining the ACO Emily and the animal shelter by setting up a table for dog licensing to help East Haven residents license their dogs and learn more about dog licensing.
